Welcome the holiday with a lovely Dine and Drash on Tuesday, May 30, beginning at 7pm. Shavu'ot morning services begin at 9:30am on Wednesday, followed by a day of special Torah activities for students in our youth program, and Thursday at 9:30am, including Yizkor. 


May 24 is Yom Yerushalayim -- Jerusalem Reunification Day! An ACI group will join the New York Mets for Celebrate Israel Night at Citi Field! If you arrive EARLY at 5:45pm to assemble with the ACI group at the left-field gate, our group will join others to be led onto the field for the National Anthem, and Astoria Center of Israel will receive a scoreboard welcome!=.

The holiday of Tu BiShvat begins on Friday evening, Feb. 10.  This Jewish holiday celebrates the 'New Year of trees' and marks the start of Spring in the Land of Israel, with the earliest tree blossoms of the year! There it is celebrated with tree-planting and festivities.
