The ACI Journal for 2018 is now up and running -- and awaiting your ads!

This year's Journal pays tribute to Rabbi Jonathan Pearl, Judy Pearl, Aylelet Pearl, Eitan Pearl, and Noam Pearl on the occasion of their 10-year-anniversary at ACI -- honoring Rabbi Pearl's inspiring and devoted leadership, as well as the tireless and creative dedication of the whole Pearl family to ACI, that have ushered in the current rejuvenation and revival of our beloved synagogue!

Dear Congregants and Friends of ACI,

We are delighted and proud to announce that the honorees of our 2018 Anniversary Journal are Rabbi Jonathan Pearl, Judy Pearl, Ayelet Pearl, Eitan Pearl, and Noam Pearl.

Got great photos of your kids celebrating the chagim (holidays)? Fun pictures of getting ready for Shabbat? Baking Israeli treats or reading Jewish books? We'd love to feature them on our Instagram. DM @astoriashul or email your best shots to teamaci@gmail.com

Our heartfelt prayers and good wishes are with the victims of Hurricane Harvey.  As time goes by, and as the immediacy of the event and of its media coverage diminishes, it is especially important to keep in mind, and support, those many who are suffering as a result of Hurricane Harvey.  We ask you therefore to please continue to give generously to help them – please donate to the Red Cross or to any other bona fide charity of your choice that will legitimately, directly, and practically help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.  God bless all those who are suffering and all those who are helping.
