Don't Miss Shabbat This Week!
This Shabbat brings together several of our community programs. This week Cantor Alty will lead the final Junior Congregation of the year, while we invite younger children and their caregivers to celebrate together with songs and stories at Tot Shabbat. We will also gather for the season's last Open Door Shabbat, making this a wonderful opportunity to welcome new faces and strengthen our community.
Following services, join us for a community potluck. If you would like to contribute, please sign up by clicking the button below.
We look forward to sharing a special Shabbat with you!

Hebrew School Registration is Open!
You've read about our Hebrew School every week in this Flyer; now's your chance to be a part of it! Join us Tuesdays throughout the school year for kids from Kindergarten through Bar/Bat Mitzvah age.
Our program builds Hebrew skills, deepens understanding of Jewish history, holidays, and values, and grows lasting friendships, both among the kids and among the families who find each other through it! It's where holiday celebrations come alive, where kids develop their own relationship with Jewish tradition, and where they prepare for the milestones ahead.

Join Our Green Committee!
Our synagogue is a proud member of the Adamah Jewish Climate Leadership Coalition, which offers members access to interest-free loans and matching grants to fund real facility improvements — from energy efficiency and solar to waste reduction and sustainable purchasing.
To take advantage of these opportunities, we need a few motivated members to help us build a proactive plan. No prior expertise required — just enthusiasm for our community and our planet.

This Week in Hebrew School
This week, students explored the meaning of being a Jewish hero. We discussed what makes someone a hero, whether heroes must be famous, and how Jewish values such as kindness, responsibility, courage, and helping others inspire heroic actions. Students reflected on how they can be Jewish heroes in their own lives and identified acts of kindness and leadership they could perform this week. We also learned that many modern-day heroes are ordinary people who make an extraordinary difference, including doctors, teachers, parents, volunteers, and community helpers.
